OniArt is an independent digital art showcase available at oniart.world. It presents original artwork and directs visitors to third-party services where relevant.

Information you provide

OniArt currently has no visitor accounts, checkout, newsletter form, or public Pinterest sign-in. If you contact OniArt directly, we may process your contact details and the contents of your message so we can respond.

Basic technical information

When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process standard request and diagnostic information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

Cookies and analytics

OniArt uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors navigate and interact with the site. Clarity provides usage analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings that help improve the artwork catalogue and visitor experience. OniArt does not use Clarity for targeted advertising.

Clarity may process page visits, clicks, scrolling, browser and device information, approximate location, and network information such as an IP address. Before analytics cookie consent is granted, or after it is denied, Clarity operates in a limited no-consent mode. In that mode Clarity does not set first-party or third-party cookies, assigns an identifier for each page view, and does not use cookies to connect activity across pages.

If you select “Allow analytics cookies”, Clarity may set non-essential first-party and third-party cookies so it can connect page views into sessions and provide fuller analytics. Advertising storage is always denied by OniArt. Your preference is saved in local browser storage. You can change it at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the site footer; withdrawing consent returns Clarity to no-consent mode and removes its cookie access. OniArt uses the Pinterest API to publish selected OniArt artwork to the OniArt Pinterest account. This is an internal publishing connection; site visitors are not asked to connect their Pinterest accounts.

Pinterest handles account authorization. OniArt receives an access token and does not receive or store the Pinterest account password. The token is kept server-side and is used to retrieve OniArt's boards and create Pins only after an authorized publishing action.

To operate the publisher and prevent accidental duplicates, OniArt keeps a limited publication record containing the artwork identifier, Pinterest API environment, Pin ID, board and optional section IDs, Pin title, destination and image URLs, and publication time. OniArt does not sell Pinterest API information or use it to build profiles of site visitors.

Pinterest processes information under its own Privacy Policy.

Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:

• deliver, maintain, and protect oniart.world;
• respond to messages and privacy requests;
• publish reviewed OniArt content to Pinterest; and
• comply with legal obligations or enforce OniArt's rights.

Information may be processed by service providers that host or support the site, or disclosed where required by law. OniArt does not sell personal information.

Artwork pages may link to Displate, Pinterest, or other external services. When you follow an external link, that service may collect information in accordance with its own privacy policy. OniArt does not control those services or their data practices.

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including security, operational, and legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also revoke the OniArt app's Pinterest access through your Pinterest account settings if you are the account owner who authorized it.

OniArt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
